Portugal – Naturarruda Exhibition created by Civil Diplomat David Silva in favor of a healthier and more natural life in Arruda dos Vinhos

Taking care of physical and mental health, to maintain and enhance the energy of each human being has become fundamental nowadays.

Civilian diplomat David Silva took the initiative to hold the Naturarruda exhibition in Portugal focused on physical and mental health. The event featured art presentations, lectures, and workshops on healthy living and healthy eating.

There was also a music presentation including the performance of the Didgeridoo, a wind instrument of the Australian aborigines.

The event was sponsored by Civil Diplomat Jethro. At the opening were present:

– President of the Municipal Assembly of Arruda dos Vinhos – Mrs. Dr. Catarina Gertrudes Pulguinhas Gaspar.

– Alderman of the City Council of Arruda dos Vinhos – Mrs. Dr. Carla Teresa Munhoz Pinheiro.

– Alderman of the City Council of Arruda dos Vinhos – Mrs. Dr. Ruth Miriam Soares dos Santos.

– President of the Parish Council of Arruda dos Vinhos – Dr. Fábio Miguel Romão Morgado.

– Commander of the Civil Protection of Arruda dos Vinhos – Mr. Acacio Raimundo.

– President of the Recreational and Cultural Sports Club of Cardosas – Mr. Paulo Frita.

In addition, exhibitors and the public looking for alternative means of maintaining a healthy and energetic life.
