Janine Rangel, Global Director of Jethro International, under the mentorship and with the agreement of President Renato Freire, decided to structure a third generation of Jethro International, developing a new vision for its global leadership.

Today, Janine brings together an ecosystem of 280 Directors working across regional, international and global areas, with activities in different parts of the world.

Through this work, she connects Humanitarian Civil Diplomacy, business, strategic alliances and social impact, bringing leaders, entrepreneurs and organisations together through projects with an international reach.

Beyond Jethro International, Janine is CEO of TGD Visionary Business Media Group and Triaction Intermediações, further expanding her activities across communication, media, business and strategic relations.

Her international journey has also been shaped by long-standing relationships. Marianela Mirpuri, her friend for 30 years, is a Jethro Civil Diplomat and Global Director of Sustainability, as well as the founder of the philanthropic initiatives Hera City – The Light of Women.

Alongside Marianela, Janine serves as Senior Adviser, connecting projects and initiatives focused on philanthropy, sustainability, female leadership and social impact.

Within the business sector, Janine is a Board Member of The Klub Business, alongside CEO João Pestana Dias, who is also part of her ecosystem as Global Director of Official Events. Together, they contribute to the creation and development of major institutional and international events.

Her events are strictly exclusive, designed with sophistication, strong strategic positioning and high-level relationship building, bringing together diplomacy, business and humanitarian impact.
