Karla Leal Presents the Martin Luther King Award to José Roberto Marques

The stage of “Desperte Seu Poder – Awaken Your Power”, held in Portugal, became the setting for a remarkable moment.

During the world’s largest emotional intelligence immersion, José Roberto Marques, renowned human behaviour scientist and coach, received the Martin Luther King Award from Jethro International.

The award was presented by Mrs Karla Leal, Jethro International’s Expansion Director on International Investments and CEO of AIDKL NGO, who nominated José Roberto for the honour.

With heartfelt emotion, she paid tribute to her mentor and guide.

“Ze, you are my mentor, my teacher and my friend. Handing you this award is an honour beyond words,” said Karla Leal, visibly moved.
