Wiser Magazine Launched its 15th Edition at Marina de Cascais

On 24 July, Wiser Magazine placed Humanitarian Civil Diplomacy at the heart of an elegant evening.

The gathering welcomed Civil Diplomats, institutional partners and guests to a refined setting shaped by dialogue, purpose and meaningful connections.

The editorial theme was proposed by Civil Diplomat Myllêna Sergel, CEO of Wiser Magazine, with the support of Rikardo Pérolas, Global Executive Director for Art, International Diplomacy and Humanitarian Cultural Impact.

Across 83 pages, the special Jethro edition presents Civil Diplomats whose work spans leadership, inclusion, health, education, culture and humanitarian response. Together, their stories show Civil Diplomacy as practical service, strengthened through cooperation, professional expertise and commitment to communities.

World President Renato Freire appears on the cover, while the central profile explores the leadership and human purpose behind Jethro’s international journey.
