SWITZERLAND: HUMANITARIAN CIVIL DIPLOMATS HONOURED AT SOLEMN CEREMONY IN ZURICH

Civil Diplomacy and Human Responsibility at the Heart of a Special Ceremony in Switzerland

« Être homme, c’est précisément être responsable. »

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Terre des hommes (1939)

To be human is to be responsible. This reflection by French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry captures the spirit of Humanitarian Civil Diplomacy: a commitment to human dignity, solidarity and responsibility towards others.

On 27 September 2026, Civil Diplomat Jethro International held a solemn ceremony at The Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland, welcoming Humanitarian Civil Diplomats into its international network.

The occasion marked an important moment for Civil Diplomacy in Europe, highlighting the role of individuals committed to dialogue, cooperation and humanitarian values.

Humanitarian Civil Diplomacy and the Aura Summit in Switzerland

The solemn ceremony marked the conclusion of the three-day Aura Summit Zurich 2026, which brought together entrepreneurs, investors, Civil Diplomats and artists from Brazil and Europe.

Taking place across Zurich and Lucerne, the summit encouraged connections between business, culture, art and diplomacy.

Organised by Aura Positioning Group in partnership with Jethro International. Beyond the formal investiture, the occasion highlighted the importance of strengthening dialogue between people and institutions across Europe.

For Jethro International, Humanitarian Civil Diplomacy reflects a shared responsibility to encourage cooperation, connect communities and support initiatives that place human dignity at the centre of international relationships.
