Founder of Mulheres que Inspiram takes on a new leadership role

Andreia Alves, founder of Mulheres que Inspiram, has been appointed Expansion Director at Civil Diplomat Jethro International Organisation, marking a new chapter in her professional and institutional journey.

At the organisation’s headquarters in the European Union, the appointment was made by Ketlen Tavares, Director of Expansion of the Jethro Civil Diplomat Organisation in Europe, together with Colonel José Geraldo, National Director of Jethro International in Portugal.

Known for her work in encouraging women’s development, confidence and sense of purpose, Andreia leads Mulheres que Inspiram, a movement dedicated to the growth and empowerment of women through in-person experiences, online training, retreats and cruises. The initiative promotes personal development and helps form women who become agents of positive change in society.

In a personal statement, Andreia described the appointment as a meaningful milestone built through dedication, work and purpose. She also highlighted the symbolic importance of receiving this recognition during a formal ceremony and expressed gratitude for the people who have been part of her journey.

Her appointment reflects Jethro International’s continued commitment to identifying and appointing leaders whose work contributes to the expansion of Civil Humanitarian Diplomacy and to the strengthening of meaningful connections within society.
