The renowned Chef Márcio Ricci has been invited to take over the kitchen at the EnduroGP World Championship
The Enduro GP World Championship brings together the world’s best enduro riders, as well as the services at the Hospitality Center.
Born and raised in Paraná, Brazil, Márcio Ricci discovered his passion for cooking at a young age, inspired by his family’s rich culinary traditions.
In addition to his work in Lisbon and Cascais, Márcio led the kitchen at Vodafone for 12 years.
For the past 8 years, he has been in charge of the kitchen at Microsoft, where he also maintains a small urban garden.
His catering services have also been featured at the Brazilian Embassy in Portugal, Microsoft, BNP Paribas, AGEAS, Banco BPI, Nova Base, TD Synnex, Lisbon City Hall, Teatro Camões, CNB, the University of Lisbon’s Faculty of Sciences, Anacom, among others.
In 2023, he curated the Petrópolis Gourmet Festival and hosted the program Personal Chef on TV Record Portugal.
His career has been marked by numerous awards and recognitions, and he frequently cooks for various European leaders and international celebrities.
Ricci is known for his emphasis on fresh, local ingredients, the impeccable presentation of his dishes, and the incomparable flavors he brings to both his savory meals and desserts.
Márcio Ricci and His Participation in EnduroGP Championship
In 2024, Prime Stadium invited Márcio Ricci to take charge of the kitchen for the organization of the EnduroGP World Championship, starting this year and in the years to come.
The Chef’s goal is to offer a varied menu that reflects his culinary influences while highlighting the local cuisine of the countries the competition passes through.
“It’s an honor to contribute to an event of such magnitude as the EnduroGP World Championship. I’m excited to bring my passion for cooking to the Hospitality Center, creating an experience that participants won’t forget. It’s a completely new challenge in my career, where I create the menus based on the ingredients available in each country and region I’m in”, says Ricci.
