The Civil Diplomat Jethro Org. Strengthens Global Presence
The Civil Diplomat Jethro Org., an international organisation with headquarters in the European Union, has announced the appointment of Edison Dias as its Expansion Director of Institutional Relations.
The institution is recognised in more than 168 countries and has 24 years of experience in connecting governments, strategic sectors, and civil society worldwide by the Civil Diplomacy practices.
Edison Dias: a leader in entreperneurship and international business
Edison Dias Jr. is a luso-Brazilian executive with over 25 years of experience in the corporate sector.
He has led major operations in facilities, healthcare, law, and advertising, building a solid career internationally.
Based in Portugal for the last two years, Edison is the founder of Fast Believer Innovation, a group focused on digital advertising, hospitality solutions, and space management.
He is also a partner at Dias & Co., a legal and business consultancy that connects international investors to Europe through corporate structures, holdings, and real estate opportunities.
In addition, he co-founded DZ Marketing, Advertising and Media, where he acts as strategic advisor alongside his wife, a marketing expert.
Academic background and expertise
Edison holds a Law degree with specialisation in Public Law and the Third Sector. He is also a hospital administrator with a Master’s degree in Public and Private Health from the Albert Einstein Institution (AEI).
His education includes further training in leadership, innovation, and social impact.
Networks and institutional roles
Alongside his new role at Civil Diplomat Jethro Organisation, Edison is an active member of the Business Network International (BNI), present in more than 78 countries.
He has also been a member of Rotary International for over 20 years and currently integrates the network in Portugal.
Mentorship and writing
Edison is also dedicated to mentoring leaders and entrepreneurs.
He has developed the methodology R³: Reframing, Resilience, and Realisation, applied in his work as a speaker and advisor.
He is currently writing his first book, aimed at entrepreneurs, investors, and visionaries seeking to transform challenges into legacy.

Olá boa tarde solicito informações acerca de ajuda humanitária por cidadania espanhola através da Jetro internacional. Entendo a importância do papel social que a Jetro desenvolve entre a sociedade , eu e meu pai idoso estamos situação de vulnerabilidade e estamos há anos pleiteando para que o consulado espanhol homologue a cidadania espanhola. Já tivemos a “cita” no entanto o processo está moroso. Por uma questão humanitária faço um apelo para a Jetro posso intervir para agilizar esse processo.
