Civil Diplomat Cristiano Chizeca in Spain for Technology, Investment and Sustainable Growth

Civil Diplomat Cristiano Chizeca has joined a government delegation from Lunda-Norte on a three-day service mission in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria.

The agenda focuses on technological prospecting, strategic investment, and the future of sustainable agriculture in Angola’s eastern region.

Cristiano Chizeca serves as Adviser for Economic Affairs to the Governor of Lunda-Norte. The delegation also includes Engineer Delfim Mussulo, Director of the Provincial Office for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries.

Therefore, this mission strengthens the province’s pursuit of practical solutions for agricultural productivity. It also creates a bridge between European innovation and Angolan regional development.

Innovation for organic fertiliser production

The central goal of the visit involves understanding the organic fertiliser production system developed by BIACTRO.

The Province of Lunda-Norte plans to introduce this technology in the Municipality of Lôvua. This initiative seeks to address the urgent need for fertilisers among local farmers.

Moreover, the project aims to encourage agricultural growth through sustainable inputs, modern technology, and stronger local production capacity.

Strategic investment for Lunda-Norte

Quintet Level will install the first industrial unit in Lunda-Norte using BIACTRO technology.

According to the mission’s objectives, the future factory may serve the wider Angolan market. This prospect gives the project strong strategic relevance.

As a result, Lunda-Norte may gain a central role in Angola’s agricultural modernisation process.

The initiative also connects investment attraction with employment, productivity, and social well-being. These priorities remain essential for regional development.

During the mission, the Civil Diplomat Cristiano Chizeca and Delfim Mussulo confirmed the advantages of the process that Quintet Level plans to introduce.

In May, Civil Diplomat Cristiano Chizeca visited the European Union headquarters of the Civil Diplomat Jethro International Organisation.

During the visit, he met President Renato Freire and discussed the relevance of Civil Diplomacy for Angola.

The conversation focused on Angola’s current challenges, including economic diversification, agricultural productivity, employment, social development, public finances and institutional modernisation.

These issues remain central to Angola’s development agenda, especially as the country works to reduce oil dependence and strengthen non-oil sectors. The African Development Bank notes that oil still represents a major share of Angola’s exports, while the World Bank highlights the country’s transition from an oil-based growth model.

For Chizeca, the meeting reinforced a clear message: Civil Diplomacy can help connect knowledge, public responsibility and international cooperation.

Therefore, his institutional agenda in Europe strengthens his commitment to Angola’s eastern region and to practical solutions for regional development.

International training and leadership

Cristiano Chizeca also shared his commitment to international training and institutional improvement.

This year, he began his DBA in International Business Management at UCAM, in Spain. Through this academic path, he intends to defend Governance 4.0.

Chizeca describes Governance 4.0 as a model he created to transform the management of institutions.

In his statement, he also recalled his training experience linked to the UN/UNITAR and Best Diplomats Immersion Programme in Geneva.

He said the experience placed him alongside young leaders from more than 60 countries. It also reinforced his conviction about the power of knowledge.

According to the Civil Diplomat Cristiano Chizeca, Angola’s eastern region needs more commitment, dedication, and unity. He believes young leaders must help build stronger provinces through serious work.

He also emphasised that constructive action can generate progress without constant criticism. For him, true patriotism requires responsibility and real solutions.
